Rental conditions
- • A rental agreement will be drawn up at the time of booking and must be returned signed.
- • The condominium rules must be signed and adhered to, ensuring peace and quiet and respect for all residents (no parties or late-night disturbances, etc.).
- • We will require photocopies of the occupants' ID cards, their home addresses and email addresses, as well as proof of vacation insurance or liability insurance.
- • Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and hallways.
- • End-of-stay cleaning option: €50 (the kitchen area will be cleaned regardless of the cleaning option chosen). If the apartment is returned in a dirty state, €50 will be withheld from the deposit.
- • Bed linens, towels, and house linens are available for rent (included for stays of 7 days or more).
- • Essential kitchen items to get you started on your first day: salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, coffee pods and tea bags, sugar.
- • Senseo coffee maker, kettle, electric grill, small oven, 2 ceramic cooktops, toaster, iron, hair dryer, washing machine.

- • A refundable €500 security deposit (cash accepted).
- • An additional €50 cleaning deposit, refunded provided the property is left in a normal state of cleanliness.

The apartment
What is the maximum occupancy?
The apartment sleeps up to 4 guests: 1 bedroom with twin beds and 1 cabin with bunk beds.
Is there parking?
Yes, private parking is included with the rental.
Is bed linen provided?
Bed linen is available to rent. It will be provided free of charge for stays of more than one week.
Is there a washing machine?
Yes, a washing machine is available in the apartment.
Is there any storage space?
Yes, the flat has plenty of storage space for your personal belongings
Is there air conditioning?
No, but the apartment is south-facing throughout and naturally well-ventilated. You also have a fan at your disposal.
Is there WiFi?
There is no fixed WiFi. However, 4G/5G reception is excellent throughout the apartment.
Is it possible to cook on site?
Yes, the kitchen is fully equipped and practical for preparing your meals. It features a ceramic hob, a fridge-freezer, a small oven, an electric barbecue, a toaster, a Senseo coffee machine and a kettle.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed.
Is the flat quiet?
Yes, the whole building is very quiet. In fact, you’ll need to sign and adhere to the residents’ rules to ensure that your stay goes as smoothly as possible for you and the other residents.

How does booking work?
A 40% deposit is required by bank transfer at the time of booking. The balance is due 10 days before arrival. A €500 security deposit by cheque or cash is collected on arrival.
What is the minimum stay?
During high season (4 July – 22 August), stays are Saturday to Saturday only. Outside this period, a minimum of 3 nights is possible.
Are rates negotiable for longer stays?
Yes, rates are negotiable for consecutive multi-week stays.
Food & activities
What are the options for food?
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering. Supermarkets, a bakery, butcher and deli are a short walk away. A traditional market runs on Saturday mornings. The many restaurants and bars at Cap d'Agde harbour are less than 15 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by bike.
Are the beaches walkable?
Yes. Richelieu beach is 15 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by bike from the apartment.
What is there to do beyond the beach?
Cap d'Agde harbour, golf, tennis, Luna Park, Aqualand, the Casino Barrière and Fort de Brescou are all within 15 minutes. Sète, Pézenas, Lac du Salagou and the Hérault gorges are 25–50 minutes by car.
